Please order 4 days in advance before the pick-up date. Romanova Bakery will contact you after placing the order to confirm the *paid birthday topper and *self pick-up date.

- Pick-up time: 2 pm – 8:30pm
- Pop Up Store (Sogo CWB): Shop 26D, Basement 2 Sogo Causeway Bay
- Pick-up time: 2pm - 9:30pm
- Lai Chi Kok Shop: Factory no. 15 on 8/F Elite Industrial Centre, No.883 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Lai Chi Kok Kowloon
- Pick-up time: 1pm - 4:30pm

How to Redeem:
- After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product / service you have purchased via your registered email address.
- Must present the e-coupon when redeem.
- Subject to change according to social distancing rules without prior notice.
- Expired voucher will not be accepted.
- Cannot amend after order confirmation.

About the Voucher:
