Pistachio Lava S'more Cookie

The pistachio-flavored cookies has a soft centre made with our homemade pistachio paste. Topped with a soft, burnt marshmallows and a large amount of crunchy pistachios, this cookie has an intense nutty flavour of pistachios.

Hazelnut Cocoa S'more Cookie

Chocolate-flavoured biscuits with a hazelnut chocolate spread wrapped around the middle, with soft, burnt marshmallows and double-roasted hazelnuts. Low sugar recipe.

Lotus Biscoff Coffee S'more Cookie

Coffee-flavoured biscuits wrapped in the beloved Biscoff caramel sauce and topped with soft, burnt marshmallows and caramel crisps. Made with Japanese roasted coffee powder for a rich flavour and low sugar content.

➊ Bake in 150°C oven for 8-10 mins
➋ Wait for 2 mins for cookie to turn crispy
