The buttery flavour of these pistachio cookies does not overpower the unique nutty flavour of the pistachio. ️The filling is made from premium French 🇫🇷 dairy and pistachio ganache, with a soft, rich and pure pistachio jam in the centre. The pistachio nuts on the outside of the filling are full of nutty flavour, and the top of the biscuit is baked to a delicious amber-golden colour. No preservatives are added to the recipe.
