Redemption Guidelines
- Free delivery for orders of any Natural Plus products totaling HK$500 and above in a single transaction.
- Paid delivery for orders of any Natural Plus totaling HK$499 and below in a single transaction.
- A standard delivery charge of HK$100 applies (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories only), or you may self-pick up your order at the below self-pick-up address.
- The extra charge will be collected in cash at the time of delivery.
- Delivery is only applicable in Hong Kong, between 8am and 7pm (Only Sundays, excluding public holidays).
- Order will be delivered and available for self-pick-up after 5-6 working days.
- If you require self-pick-up, please contact Natural Plus to arrange the pick-up date in advance.
- The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after the expiry date.
How to Redeem
- After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product/service you have purchased via your registered email address.
- Natural Plus will contact you and arrange the delivery service.
