Redeemption Guildelines
- Free delivery for orders of any Natural Plus products totalling HK$500 and above in a single transaction.
- Paid delivery for orders of any Natural Plus totalling HK$499 and below in a single transaction.
- A standard delivery charge of HK$100 applies (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories only), or you may self pick-up your order at the below selt pick-up address.
- The extra charge will be collected by cash at the time of delivery.
- Delivery only applicable in Hong Kong, between 8am and 7pm (Only Tuesday, excluding public holiday).
- Order will be delivered and available for self pick-up after 5-6 working days.
- The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after the expiry date.
How to Redeem
- After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product / service you have purchased via your registered email address.
- Natural Plus will contact you and arrange the delivery or self-pickup date/time within 2 days.
