Booking Guidelines
- Not applicable to peak seasons (2 weeks before valentine’s day, mother's day, mid-autumn festival, christmas and chinese new year).
- The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after the expiry date.
- Please leave at least 2 working days in advance notice for arranging production and delivery. Delivery time will be from 9am to 6pm, no specific time.

- Delivery will be suspended if Red/ Black Rainstorm Signal/ Typhoon No. 8 or above is hoisted/ Flood and Landslip warning. Delivery will be re-scheduled by h.f.flora.
