Black Forest Charlotte is made by Charlotte's Cake* method. The chocolate ladyfingers on the sides are chewier and more eggy than the sponge cake 🥚 and the addition of chocolate further enhances the texture and flavour 👏.

The layer is made with home-cooked chard jam 🍒. Fresh cherries are soaked in lime, and the alcohol evaporates during the cooking process, leaving a deep flavour that lingers in the aftertaste. The top of the cake is covered with 64% cocoa French 🇫🇷 Valrhona Chocolate Chips🍫, vanilla cream and fresh American carrots🍒 for a satisfying taste🤯💯!

Not only can you enjoy it yourself, but it is also suitable to be used as a cake, promotion cake, company event dessert, and so on.

*The Charlotte's Cake, which is so beautiful that it must be eaten in camera first, originated in France in the 19th century. Its signature shape is the finger cake, surrounded by a layer of mousse cream and finger cake or sponge cake, topped with fresh fruits.
