Booking Guidelines
- Reservation: 72 Hours in advance via phone/ WhatsApp: (852) 2892 3388 or email: resturant@charterhouse.com after purchase through OKiBook (Last order time: Monday to Saturday 6pm / Sunday 4pm)
- Redemption Date & Time: Mon to Sat 12pm to 6pm / Sunday 12pm to 4pm (No waiting for late-comers)
- Pick-up location: 209, 219 Wan Chai Rd, Wan Chai, The Charterhouse Causeway Bay Hotel, Basement 1
- The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after the expiry date.
- Not available for dine-in
- HK$20 will be charged for a birthday plaque. Maximum letters (Already includes "Happy Birthday": Chinese / English letters: 15 letters) Please confirm when make the reservation.
How to Redeem:
- After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product / service you have purchased via your registered email address.
- Must present the e-coupon when redeem.
- Available for self-pick up only.
- Business hours may changed due to the latest situation of COVID-19. Please call Basement 1 Restaurant for the business hours before redemption.
- Expired voucher will not be accepted.
- Cannot amend after order confirmation.
