Booking Guidelines

Reservation: 10 days before the intended pick-up/delivery date
- For changing the pick-up date, please contact via WhatsApp 8 days in advance: 852-96688094
- 夫人法式甜品店 | The Mrs. Poon will contact you to confirm your order after placing your order.
- Pick-up locations:
- Pick-up address: Cheung Sha Wan Station
- Pick-up date: Thursday to Sunday
- Pick-up time: 2:00pm - 7:00pm
- If you do not fill in the [Information Collection Form] after purchasing the redemption coupon, it will be deemed that the reservation has failed and you need to make the reservation again.
- The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after the expiry date.

How to Redeem:
- After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product / service you have purchased via your registered email address.
- Must present the e-coupon when redeem.
- Subject to change according to social distancing rules without prior notice.
- Expired voucher will not be accepted.
- Cannot amend after order confirmation.
- Reusable bag or insulated bags should be prepared by buyers for pickup.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, coupons or promotional offers.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services.
- Offers are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.

About the Voucher:
