Redemption Guidelines

• Redemption Period: from 1 February 2022 to 14 February 2022 (both dates inclusive).
• After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product / service you have purchased via your registered email address.
• You must present your voucher upon arrival to redeem your reservation.
• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for the booking.
• Voucher can only be redeemed at the location below.

Check-in Policy:

• Guests who will be staying at the hotel is required to fill in the Health and Travel Declaration upon check-in. Please remind guests to present passport and address proof at check-in to prove no travel history in past 21 days.
• Please note that our hotel cannot accommodate reservations for quarantine and self-monitoring purpose.

Use of 'LeaveHomeSafe' App:

Starting from 9 December 2021 , the use of the LeaveHomeSafe (LHS) mobile app will be extended to all premises regulated under Cap. 599F and all customers or users must scan the LeaveHomeSafe venue QR code, using the mobile app before entering the premises. The following three categories of persons may fill in a specified form as an alternative to the use of the LHS mobile application:

1.     persons aged 65 or above and aged 15 or below;

2.     persons with disability; and

3.     other persons recognised by the Government or organisation(s) authorised by the Government.

• 10% Early Bird discount for purchases on or before 11 February 2022. Discount already applied to the price quoted above.
• Delivery service of valentine's day products will be available on 12-15 February (9am - 6pm) only. After your purchase on OKiBook Shop, h.f.flora will contact you within 2 working days and arrange delivery.
• Please order at least 3 days in advance prior your intended delivery date.
• Delivery service is only applicable within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands, Discovery Bay, Airport, Ma Wan, Park Island, Sha Tau Kok restricted area, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau closed areas, P.O. Box, Post Box and buildings without elevator).
• Delivery will be suspended if Red/ Black Rainstorm Signal/ Typhoon No. 8 or above is hoisted/ Flood and Landslip warning. Delivery will be re-scheduled by h.f.flora.
