How to use? 

Booking Guidelines

• Shipped within 10 days after order confirmation
• Purchases of Doffee products of HK$250 or above can enjoy free postage or can be delivered at consignment points (except for remote areas).
  • Consignment Point 1: Kam Lu Zai’s daily groceries on the 3rd floor of Hollywood Plaza, Diamond Hill
  • Consignment Point 2: D2 Place Two The Barn, Lai Chi Kok
  • Consignment Point 3: G/F, One Stop Food Supply Company, 30 Yiu Wa Street, Causeway Bay
• If the order spends less than HK$250 or needs to be shipped to remote areas, the shipping fee will be paid on collect.  
• Doffee will contact you by WhatsApp regarding pick-up arrangements after placing the order.
• The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after the expiry date.

How to Redeem:

• After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product / service you have purchased via your registered email address.
• Must present the e-coupon when redeem.
• Subject to change according to social distancing rules without prior notice.
• Expired voucher will not be accepted.
• Cannot amend after order confirmation.
• Reusable bag or insulated bags should be prepared by buyers for pickup.
