Reservation and remark the birthday card: 4 days before the intended pick-up/delivery date via the form below:
- For changing the pick-up date, please contact via WhatsApp 3 days in advance: 852-55338850
- Pick-up locations:
- Room 504, 5/F, Shing Yip Industrial Building, 19-21 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
- Pick-up time: 11:00am - 6:45pm

- If you do not fill in the [Information Collection Form] after purchasing the redemption coupon, it will be deemed that the reservation has failed and you need to make the reservation again.
- The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after the expiry date.
- **All orders are self-picked up by default** If you need delivery service, please contact Cake Aholic first to inquire about arrangements. Free delivery service is not provided.

How to Redeem:
- After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product / service you have purchased via your registered email address.
- Must present the e-coupon when redeem.
- Subject to change according to social distancing rules without prior notice.
- Expired voucher will not be accepted.
- Cannot amend after order confirmation.
- Insulated bags should be prepared by buyers for pickup.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, coupons or promotional offers.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services.
- Offers are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
- All photos for reference only.

About the Voucher:
After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive one voucher for each product / service purchased. You are entitled to redeem a voucher, according to its terms of use, upon presentation of its electronic version or its printed version to the partner merchant. Vouchers can only be redeemed once.
