Booking Guidelines

• Please order 4 days in advance before the pick-up date. Romanova Bakery will contact you after placing the order to confirm the *paid birthday topper and *self pick-up date.

• For changing the content of tailor-made words or pick-up date, please contact via WhatsApp 3 days in advance: 65860412
• Pick-up locations:  
  • Pop Up Store (Shatin): Kisok No. SHT K1 at MTR Sha Tin Station
    • Pick-up time: 2 pm – 8:30pm
  • Pop Up Store (Sogo CWB): Shop 26D, Basement 2 Sogo Causeway Bay
    • Pick-up time: 2pm - 9:30pm
  • Lai Chi Kok Shop: Factory no. 15 on 8/F Elite Industrial Centre, No.883 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Lai Chi Kok Kowloon
    • Pick-up time: 1pm - 4:30pm
• If you do not fill in the [Information Collection Form] after purchasing the redemption coupon, it will be deemed that the reservation has failed and you need to make the reservation again.
• The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after the expiry date.

How to Redeem:

• After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product / service you have purchased via your registered email address.
• Must present the e-coupon when redeem.
• Subject to change according to social distancing rules without prior notice.
• Expired voucher will not be accepted.
• Cannot amend after order confirmation.
• Reusable bag or insulated bags should be prepared by buyers for pickup.

About the Voucher:
