Boss BaBy has 2 styles to choose from: normal style / crown style (if there is no WhatsApp Rare Heart, please note the crown style. It will automatically default to the normal style)

The price of this cake includes free candles (one), plastic knife (one) and tableware for five people.
**The price of this product does not include an insulated bag (with ice pack) and paper bag. Additional items can be purchased if necessary.
*All cakes are made with sponge cake, please consume them as soon as possible if they are freshly made.
*If you do not eat the cake immediately after receiving it, please refrigerate it in a refrigerator at 0-6 degrees Celsius within 2 hours.

- For changing the pick-up date, please contact via WhatsApp 4 days in advance. The date can be changed once for free, and a $100 fee will be charged for each subsequent change. Extension period: within 3 months (from the date of order shipment).
- Pick-up locations and time slot:
- Tuen Mun Address: Exit A, Siu Hong Station, West Rail Line, Tuen Mun, N.T.
- Pick-up Time (Mon-Sun):
2:00-2:10pm / 2:30-2:40pm / 3:00-3:10pm / 3:30-3:40pm / 4:00-4:10pm / 4:30-4:40pm / 5:00-5:10pm / 5:30-5:40pm / 6:00-6:10pm / 6:30-6:40pm / 7:00-7:10pm / 7:30-7:40pm / 8:00-8:10pm - The free waiting time for each session is 10 minutes. If the customer does not arrive after 10 minutes of waiting on the settlement day, a waiting fee of $20 will be charged for each subsequent 5 minutes of $10. WhatsApp inquiries are required for other periods. If the time changes, please notify us at least 2 hours before the original delivery time.

6:00-8:00pm - The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after the expiry date.
- Rare Heart does not offer free shipping.
How to Redeem:
- After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product / service you have purchased via your registered email address.
- Must present the e-coupon when redeem.
- Subject to change according to social distancing rules without prior notice.
- Expired voucher will not be accepted.
- Cannot amend after order confirmation.
- Reusable bag or insulated bags should be prepared by buyers for pickup.

About the Voucher:
After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive one voucher for each product / service purchased. You are entitled to redeem a voucher, according to its terms of use, upon presentation of its electronic version or its printed version to the partner merchant. Vouchers can only be redeemed once.
