A two-layered smooth and creamy chestnut paste infused with fragrant cinnamon, filled with slow-cooked apple cinnamon compote. The subtle aroma of cinnamon enhances the sweetness of chestnut and apple, complemented by a rich and velvety vanilla custard sauce for added depth.

The tart is topped with chocolate cookies and whole candied chestnuts, allowing you to enjoy the velvety chestnut paste and savor the texture of whole chestnuts.
