Serving Instructions:

Lobster Soup with Crispy Rice

• Boil and heat: Defrost the soft bag first, then put the abalone juice and pomelo peel soft bag into boiling water and heat for about 8-10 minutes. After heating, first put the pomelo peel on a plate, then pour abalone juice on the pomelo peel, and it is ready to eat.
• Microwave: First defrost the soft bag, take out the abalone juice and pomelo peel from the soft bag respectively, pour them into the same container that can be put into the microwave oven, heat at 800W for 8-10 minutes.
• Steaming: Defrost the soft bag first, then steam the abalone juice and pomelo peel in the soft bag over high heat for about 10-12 minutes. After heating, put the pomelo peel on a plate, then pour abalone juice on the pomelo peel, and it is ready to eat.

Braised Pomelo Skin with Dried Shrimp Roe in Abalone Sauce
