North Gold Caviar (Ossetra)

Acipenser gueldenstaedtii has been raised for more than 9 years is selected, and the Ossetra caviar is processed with salting fish eggs. The color is pearl gray or taupe, and the salinity is 3%. It tastes extremely flavorful in the mouth which is filled with taste and aroma. And the umami taste brings out the nobility of caviar.

How to use? 

Booking Guidelines

• The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after the expiry date.
• Free delivery for orders of any NORTH GOLD CAVIAR HONG KONG products totalling HK$500 and above in a single transaction. 

1. Only applicable in Hong Kong, between 11am and 6pm (Monday-Saturday, excluding Sunday public holiday).
2. An extra charge will apply for deliveries to Outlying Islands. In such a case, NORTH GOLD CAVIAR HONG KONG will contact you after you place your order for further arranging. The extra charge will be collected by cash at the time of delivery.
3. No delivery service for Airport, Park Island, Sha Tau Kok restricted area, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau closed areas, P.O. Box, Post Box and buildings without elevators.

• Paid delivery for orders of any NORTH GOLD CAVIAR HONG KONG products totalling HK$500 and below in a single transaction. 

1. A standard delivery charge of HK$100 applies (standard locations only).
2. The delivery charge will be collected by cash at the time of delivery.
3. NORTH GOLD CAVIAR HONG KONG will contact you to confirm your choice of paid delivery.
