How to use?
Booking Guidelines
- Order period: 2 days in advance before the pick-up date (Order Cut-off time: 12:00 pm)
- Amona HK will contact you and arrange the delivery or self-pickup date/time.
- The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after expiry date.
Self-Pickup Service
- Redemption time:
- Mon - Sun: 12:30pm or 18:30pm
- Amona HK will contact you and arrange the self-pickup date/time.
Delivery Service
- Only applicable in Hong Kong.
- The delivery charge will be collected by cash at the time of delivery.
- Amona HK will contact you after you place your order for further arranging.
How to Redeem:
- After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product / service you have purchased via your registered email address.
- Must present the e-coupon when redeem.
- Subject to change according to social distancing rules without prior notice.
- Expired voucher will not be accepted.
- Cannot amend after order confirmation.
- Reusable bag or insulated bags should be prepared by buyers for pickup.

About the Voucher:
