How to use?
Booking Guidelines
- Reservation: 2 days in advance
- Pick-up location and redemption time:
- Rm 303, Shiu Fat Industrial Building, 139-141 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong (Mon - Sun: 10:00am - 5:30pm)
- Delivery time: Mon - Sun: 12:00pm - 7:00pm.
- The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after expiry date.
Shipping Details
- Free shipping on orders over $1,500.
- Lemongrass Bakery will contact you after you place your order for further arranging.
- Lemongrass will use ZEEK logistics services to deliver orders. Delivery time will be Mon - Sun: 12:00pm - 7:00pm.
- Logistic company will provide isothermic bags and refrigerant to maintain the cakes' quality.
- Please place in a refrigerator in temperature 4°C or below for at least 0.5 hour for the best serving. It can only be stored in the refrigerator for two days. It is recommended to enjoy the cake immediately on the same day.
- There are possible risks during delivery, such as traffic jam, unintentional damage. No responsibility or liability is accepted by Lemonglass Bakery in respect of the use of delivery service, please be acknowledged the above disclaimer when choosing the service.
- When typhoon signal No. 8 or 10; or a black rainstorm signal is hoisted 2 hours before delivery, customer's order can be rescheduled once.
- When placing an order, the delivery fee will be charged along with the cake. Fees will not be refunded if customer wants self picked-up after purchase. If customer would like change the delivery address with more expensive shipping costs, you will need to make up the difference.
- To-door delivery service will be suspend to the other related compulsory testing buildings.
