- Please order 2 days in advance and make a reservation at 3893 2888 or email to fnb@hotelalexandrahk.com.
- The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days after purchasing and it will be invalid after expiry date.
How to Redeem:
- After purchase through OKiBook, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher of each product / service you have purchased via your registered email address.
- Must present the e-coupon when redeem.
- Available for self-pick up only.
- Pick up location: On site redemption at Café A.
- Business hours may changed due to the latest situation of COVID-19. Please call Hotel Alexandra for the business hours before redemption.
- Expired voucher will not be accepted.
- Cannot amend after order confirmation.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, coupons or promotional offers.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services.
- Offers are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
- In case of any disputes, Hotel Alexandra reserves the right of the final decision.
- All photos for reference only. Food or decoration may change due to supply, no exta notice.
